Wine Club FAQs

There is no membership fee to join the Vinera Wine Society. Once you have signed up for our Vinera Wine Club, you will be charged each month for the shipment cost.

Between the first and fifth of every month.

Between the 2nd and 3rd week of the month.

Hawaii: Between the 3rd and 4th week of the month.

If the weather does not permit, we may hold your shipment.

Yes! We can connect you with a Vinera wine consultant to adjust your club selection.

As long as you’d like! If the payment method we have on file does not successfully go through after 3 months in a row, we will remove you from the Vinera Wine Club.

Shipping is FREE.

By logging in to your profile, you can update your billing and shipping address. If you’d like to make changes to your wine selection, we can get you in contact with a Vinera wine consultant to adjust your preferences.

We will send another shipment to replace your damaged items.

As a Vinera Wine club member, you are automatically elevated to our “Prestige” membership. Not only will you receive 3 bottles of wine a month and a 10% savings on all wine purchases made with Vinera Wine Society, but you will get “Prestige” perks & benefits.

We are only able to ship to states which have laws that permit shipment of wine directly to consumers. Currently we are unable to accept orders that are delivered to addresses in AK, AR, DE, IA, IL, KY, MD, MI, MO, MS, NH, NY, OK, PA, RI, SD, and UT. However, if you live in one of these states and want to send a gift or shipment to an address outside of those listed above, you are able to do so.

You can change your shipping address by logging into your profile or contacting your Vinera wine consultant.

Many of our wines are completely exclusive. Our wine portfolio consists of some of the top winemakers in the world, which we are proud to represent in the USA. To order your favorite Vinera Wines, you can contact us or your personal wine consultant.
